This Yoga class is open to all levels and ages. With detailed instructions for beginner's and advanced versions for more advanced students. Props and modifications are used when students encounter limitations. Breathe, strengthen, stretch, align and energize!
Yoga Sculpt Mon 6pm
Sculpt your body by building and strengthening certain muscles while lengthening them in others areas. Literally shaping yourself with many different exercises and practices. Focusing on butt, abs, thighs and arms. Using weights, straps, and other props. Scuplt yourself like an artist!
Using Resist-a-ball's exercise program blended with yoga conditioning to strengthen your core and have fun at the same time. Develop better balance, strengthen areas otherwise difficult to and have fun staying on the Ball!
This is for those who have some experience in physical fitness and want to challenge themselves further with longer and deeper holds and many repetitions. Come prepared to sweat and ignite your sense of power!
This is a slower more meditative practice with a focus on deep stretches and longer holds. If you are looking to unwind and de-stress or become more flexible this class is for you! Perfect for those working through injuries or ailments.
